scheduling 2.6.21-5

i'd like to schedule an upload of 2.6.21-5 for the next days.
it has security fixes, plus lots of stable backports.

remaining tasks:
- get 2.6.21-4 into testing
- fix m68k sun3-3x-serial.diff
- wait for a round of buildserver builds as check
