ok looks sane.

hmm the question is if sda and sdb come up early enough for mdadm,
did you try to boot with rootdelay=11 and no break arg?

ok this looks sane, but is not what mount is telling us on boot.

yes i'd need more info, first aboves question,
then also if you run mdadm by hand from initramfs,
please post:
mdadm  --examine --scan 
mdadm --assemble --scan --run --auto=yes

or directly
sh /scripts/local-top/mdadm
