hmm.. let us keep this bug open a bit first.
libiw-people:
This fails with linux-libc-dev (but works fine with linux-kernel-headers):
$ cat iwtest.c
#include <iwlib.h>
int main()
{
struct wireless_info info;
info.b.freq = 1 ;
exit (0);
}
with:
$ gcc iwtest.c
In file included from iwtest.c:1:
/usr/include/iwlib.h:47:27: error: operator '&&' has no right operand
/usr/include/iwlib.h:55:29: error: operator '&&' has no right operand
/usr/include/iwlib.h:61:2: error: #error "Your kernel/libc combination is not
supported"
In file included from iwtest.c:1:
/usr/include/iwlib.h: In function 'iw_saether_aton':
/usr/include/iwlib.h:590: error: 'ARPHRD_ETHER' undeclared (first use in this
function)
/usr/include/iwlib.h:590: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only
once
/usr/include/iwlib.h:590: error: for each function it appears in.)
/usr/include/iwlib.h: In function 'iw_broad_ether':
/usr/include/iwlib.h:601: error: 'ARPHRD_ETHER' undeclared (first use in this
function)
/usr/include/iwlib.h: In function 'iw_null_ether':
/usr/include/iwlib.h:612: error: 'ARPHRD_ETHER' undeclared (first use in this
function)
this breaks compilations of packages using iwlib.h (like kdenetwork)

How to forward from the terminale?
The point is that you neither should boot a site over a port of a LCD tool on
the directory to the connection, nor can link the menu in order to turn off a
LCD provider.
