Bug#424759: linux-image-2.6.18-4-xen-686: Please build both PAE and non-PAE kernels for Xen

IMHO this bug should be wontfixed.  We already provide binary kernel images
for an excessive number of flavors; it's unrealistic to think that we would
be able to provide prepackaged images for all possible use cases, the
important thing is to provide images that are usable on all target
/hardware/, and if a user needs more specific options afterwards that's why
we have linux-tree and linux-source packages.
