I've got kernel Oops two times and it maybe related to process
firefox-bin. It was just casual web surfing without anything special
going on otherwise on the system. The Iceweasel was dead and did not
respond. I was able to close the window but the firefox-bin process
remained: couldn't kill it even with root's "kill -9".

I tested my computer's memory several times and each time ran memtest 
several hours. One time there was a single error message (only one). I 
guess kernel is not to blame here. Iceweasel may just have been the 
most memory consuming process and hence the most likely to cause oopses 
originating from memory error. So, closing this issue.
