wrong package,
initramfs-tools loads in _early_ stages modules that are specified
in /etc/initramfs-tools/modules. no need to load alsa stuff there.

you should have a look at /etc/init.d/module-init-tools
to see who takes care of loading modules out of /etc/modules
reassigning
