i've tested it on a i965 board, we have *lots* around
and i hate to run vesa on them ;)

no it's not new support, it was "working" in a previous
2.6.18 linux-image.

this is additional sugar, cool for adding them.
but they are currently not as high priority
as fixing ressource b0rkage in jmicron or
sky2 backporting in my opinon.
