Xen refuses to start domUs with the PAE-enabled kernel and xen packages.
xend-debug.log reports:
PAE-kernel on non-PAE host.
ERROR: Error constructing guest OS

dom0, obviously, works fine.

CPU is a PIII (Coppermine).  /proc/cpuinfo lists pae support (which is correct
for this CPU).
