Bug#420167: linux-image-2.6.20-1-686: vmplayer vmmon module fails to load because of paravirtualization

Package: linux-image-2.6.20-1-686
Version: 2.6.20-2
Severity: normal

Installing vmplayer version 1.0.3 with a stock Debian kernel fails, because
Paravirtualization (CONFIG_PARAVIRT) is enabled by default. I don't know whether
this option is needed for other virtualization software, but if not, it would be
nice if this option was disabled. Then it wouldn't be needed anymore to
recompile the kernel in order to install vmware.
