Hello! I got the same trouble here. Instead of just OOPS, my machine do even kill the interrupt handler and reboots after 10 seconds. I have seen this at least 10 times, but do only have the ksymoops output from the last one. I has also been seen in many different kernels, this output is from 2.4.34.1-grsec. Thanks for looking into this issue, but I do not really think it's a kernel bug but rather that apcupsd somehow trick the kernel to do something stupid. This OOPS is from today, and right after, I let memtest86+ run for some hours ( > 1 test) and no errors.
