The onboard MACE ethernet MAC of the ANS is not detected by the
kernel/initrd. As a result the MACE driver module is not loaded. The
MACE ethernet MAC is part of the grand central ASIC and lives at address
0xf3008200 - 0xf30083ff and 0xf3011000-0xf3011fff. It uses IRQ 14 and
IRQ 2 and 3 for TX and RX DMA.
