Package: linux-image-2.6.18-3-k7
Version: 2.6.18-8
Severity: normal

I received a rather severe looking kernel BUG in my syslog after
playing UT2004. The gaming session ended around the time the BUG
appeared in the syslog, with the game locking up completely, freezing
in place. I was able to successfully restart X.org with A-C-Bksp
without any apparent ill effects to the system.

well since you load binary blobs you are on your own.
please bug your vendor aka nvidia.
the code leading to the trouble looks really strange
and is not debuggable with the lack of open source.
