I got source of 2.6.17.10 from kernel.org! Then i have created a deb file with following command: cd /usr/src/linux-2.6.17.10 make menuconfig make-kpkg kernel-image modules-image dpkg -i ../that_deb_file mkinitrd -o /boot/initrd.2.6.17.10 2.6.17.10 vim /boot/grub/menu.lst then i have added initrd file to menu.lst grub-install /dev/hda When i boot from this kernel,It can't work with initrd, Where my problem?
