The normal debian patch package and linux-2.6 source package contain
the xen patches. But you can't apply them with make-kpkg though.

You have to manualy invoke the apply script with --arch=amd64
--subarch=xen to get the extra xen patches applied. make-kpkg only
sets ENV varibales to that effect but does not pass them along as
arguments (and is right to do so).

Hopefully this will be fixed soon in the debian patch apply script.
