ok cool we are getting there.

belows ouput is not from initramfs shell,
please post it from there. it is important to know
if that module got loaded.

also dmesg out of the initramfs is interesting,
please post it using netcat, here an example of usage:

box b with ip 10.0.0.3:
netcat -l -p 9178 > /tmp/dmesg

box a with initramfs trouble:
dmesg | netcat 10.0.0.3 9178
