Bug#372621: old bug in ipt_ULOG ("error during NLMSG_PUT")

When I used fprobe-ulog kernel printed sometimes:
ipt_ULOG: error during NLMSG_PUT

I google'd that this problem (actually bug) was solved in
2.6.10 by

It seems both 2.6 and 2.4 debian kernels affected.

I use Debian GNU/Linux 3.1r2 (with last updates),
kernel 2.6.8-2-686-smp.
