Bug#359284: Segmentation fault during boot, after
I don't see anything else that could be responsible for that on such an early stage. Even if something else were responsible, I don't know where to search. By the way, the same problem existed with the previous 2.6.8-2-686 kernel package. The message certainly appeared after some update, but I since I update a lot of things simultaneously, I cannot tell after which.
