$150.00 for item No.(6), $100.00 for item No.(7), $320.00 for item
No.(8), $750.00 for item No.(9) and $200.00 for item No.(10).
Duly completed application forms with the required documents should
reach the undersigned before 28th of February 2006.
Parties who are already registered need not to respond.
