Bug#402787: patch ?

Hi,

Since some of my hardware has the same problem, I followed the
discussion on the linux-kernel ML.
It seems two patches are available, and fix the problem:

Dec 15 Mike Miller (OS (  34) [PATCH 1/2] cciss: set default raid level when reading geometry fail
Dec 15 Mike Miller (OS (  36) [PATCH 2/2] cciss: fix XFER_READ/XFER_WRITE in do_cciss_request

(I can forward the patches to this bugreport is needed, just tell me).

Unfortunately, I could not test the patch for now, since this is a
production server.

Is a backport for 2.6.18 is planned ?
