No way.

All AMD 64bit systems have an IOMMU to access the memory beyound
4GiB without requiring software buffer bouncing (like i386 does for the 
upper emory, and PAE for the 4G+ region on i386). 

IOMMU is required for 4G+ systems and is a great feature. The
nvidia drivers are buggy, you should bug them.

Disabling IOMMU is out of question.
