On some resets i can hear a "clack" from the hd... thats sound not so good...

Ok.. I see, thats not the hd, its the cdrom *blame on me*
Also I see, that is not accurately the some problem..., but the message "port is slow to respond" comes also ;-)
I found a report on the lkml ml, but to patch :-(
