the images you posted look like a busted klibc,
but aboves output of fstype seems quite fine.
please provide the initramfs on your server,
i'd be happy to take a look.
also please add to the bug report the output of
sh -x mkinitramfs -o /tmp/fooo.img
update-initramfs -u -v
