Where do we sit on this today?  Is there someone prepared to do the upload?

I see some discussion of re-adding 64-bit kernel images for i386.  That
doesn't sound to me like it should block the ABI update, especially as the
patch still needs to be sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.  Other than
that, I haven't seen anything on the lists that still needs to happen before
upload.
