Bug#398962: i82365 driver behaves very badly in vmware

The loop does not occur until pcmciutils's init script loads the module.
I can reproduce the problem simply by running "modprobe i82365". Before
the modprobe, udev is not trying to load it; after the modprobe, there
is the endless loop.

Apparently the module failing to load somehow causes udev to try to load
the module again. There are a constant stream of udevd and modprobe
processes starting after the initial modprobe.

BTW, I'm up to three machines reproducing it now: vmware, qemu, and my
own laptop.

d-i does not have /etc/udev/hotplug.rules or udevmonitor. If I do this
on my laptop, I see:
