Bug#397942: adding windfarm_cpufreq_clamp to /etc/modules solves the problem.

Bien vu, c'était windfarm_cpufreq_clamp qui manquait...
I added windfarm_cpufreq_clamp to /etc/modules and the fan control
started correctly with the Debian kernel. So if this module is also
started by default on new installs, I bet that we can close this bug.
Is windfarm_cpufreq_clamp calling the appropriate windfarm_pmXY?
Otherwise, would it make sense to ask Benjamin to modify
windfarm_pmXY so that they load windfarm_cpufreq_clamp automatically?
