Bug#390862: PAE/bigmem-Version of Xen kernel

As requested in #372483 for the 2.6.16 package I renew this request of a
PAE/HIGHMEM64 version of the linux-2.6 version for xen-686. Obviously, these have
been built for 686, but for some reason there is no -bigmem for the xen version.
