Revert? This is the first time I enable vserver in trunk.

Since we have only one vserver flavour on sparc ATM, this file is
redundant, but build breaks if it's not present.

Huh? This file was copied from arch/i386/vserver/defines in 2.6.17 and
adapted to sparc. If you have changed the infrastructure yet again without
documenting it and this syntax is no longer correct, feel free to fix it
(or we can wait another day until I figure out myself how it should look
like now).
