No clue here I'm afraid. eax is clearly bogus in the first oops. Given
the value (0x2) is one bit away from being a NULL pointer I'd suggest
the submitter run a good quality memory test such as memtest86 for 
several hours to rule out bad RAM. Chances are high that this is a
single bit error in RAM.
