After upgrade of my system I no longer could boot my Dom0.
Xen Kernel starts but then it panic telling that Dom0 kernel failed to
start, and then reboot.

Here is the output I could capture using a serial cable:

I was able to boot my machine by downgrading to linux-image-2.6.16-2-xen-686 
to version 2.6.16-17.

Sorry but I have not idea of what the problem is, so I can not give you
any aidditional information.
