Bug#383335: /etc/init.d/usplash does not work with kbd package
Package: usplash
Version: 0.3e
Severity: normal
I have the kbd package installed (it handles bigger fonts than
console-utilities) and its initscript is called
"/etc/init.d/console-screen.kbd.sh". The usplash init.d script is not
going to use this since it's looking for
"/etc/init.d/console-screen.sh" instead.
Would you consider putting the kbd init.d script in as an
alternative? e.g.
CONSOLE_SCREEN=/etc/init.d/console-screen.sh
if [ -x /etc/init.d/console-screen.kbd.sh ]
then
CONSOLE_SCREEN=/etc/init.d/console-screen.kbd.sh
