please add VIA VT8251 AHCI support in the etch kernel

Hi all,

if the 2.6.17 linux kernel will be in etch please consider including the 
AHCI patch for VIA VT8251 that can be found at 
http://bjacques.org/patches/vt8251-ahci-2.6.17-rcx.patch

Without that patch linux kernel cannot see the SATA drives so if there 
is no PATA drive in the machine (most likely at the time when etch is 
released) Debian would not be installable there. That affects a lot of 
desktop machines since the VT8251 boards are nicely cheap :-)
