Workaround is simple: mount /proc as nosuid

The linux-2.6 packages in unstable are not affected (since they don't include
a.out support).

This vulnerability (CVE-2006-3626) has been fixed for sarge 
as part of DSA-1111-1.

Kernels in unstable are no longer vulnerable as of 2.6.17-4.
