Bug#370133: makes /proc files appear magically before oopsing

I cannot reproduce this right after a reboot. However, the following
sequence will reqproduce it:

mdadm:~# cat /proc/mdstat
cat: /proc/mdstat: No such file or directory
Segmentation fault
mdadm:~# modprobe md-mod
mdadm:~# modprobe -r md-mod
mdadm:~# cat /proc/mdstat
Segmentation fault

This sequence will not trigger a bug on 2.6.8.

Sounds like md-mod doesn't clean up after itself.

Please do not send copies of list mail to me; I read the list!
