Hi,

I have a self compiled 2.6.16 kernel for my thinkpad, using linux-source-2.6.16 included in debian (2.6.16-12). With this kernel 
the sound is working, but not with linux-image-2.6.16-1-686. I'm sending this message in order to get configuration email then 
I'll send my .config in case it would help.
