Bug#311358: kernel: Should be marked critical, as it freezes my system when running X

Sorry, but I do not understand then. it says "makes unrelated software on the system (or the whole system) break". that of course depends on what You mean by "break", when this error make almost any X-program freeze. I understand this as being broken?

But at least You must agree that the definition for important is there "a bug which has a major effect on the usability of a package, without rendering it completely unusable to everyone" 
It has a Major effect on usability, as it freezes the X-server. And makes terminal unstable and slow when in effect.

Please let me know if I can provide more/better info to resolve the bug.
