you seem to be running a mixture of testing and sid,
that is _not_ supported.

upgrade your udev to the latest one in unstable,
that has the ide.agent hunk that was also included in previous
initramfs-tools releases.

or upgrade to linux-image-2.6.16 which properly exports to /sys
ide-disk and friends.
