Hi,

The packaging of linux-2.6 did not change with respect to documentation, it appears that problem lies with kernel-package. I was able to reproduce it by running the following commands in the 2.6.15.3 'vanilla' tree from kernel.org:

$ tar jxf linux-2.6.15.3.tar.bz2
$ cd linux-2.6.15.3
$ make menuconfig
$ fakeroot make-kpkg --stem linux kernel-manual

According to documentation kernel_manual target should build both -manual and -doc packages. However, only the linux-manual package is produced (no linux-doc at all). Additionally, linux-manual package appears not to contain any manual pages (/usr/share/man/man9 directory is empty). Manoj, could you please have a look at it?

Thanks,
