Bug#342223: Makefile.cpu is missing in experimental 2.6.15-rc4 header-packages

The new header-packages for 2.6.15-rc4 are missing arch/i386/Makefile.cpu.

The symlink is there, at least, in linux-headers-2.6.15-rc4-k7, but
leads to a non-existant file.

This breaks the building of all external modules.

Copying the relevant file from linux-source-2.6.15 over to
linux-headers-2.6.15-rc4/arch/i386 is a temporary fix for users
affected.
