Bug#291050: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-sparc32: Circular Dependency Between `libc6' and `kernel-image-xxx-sparc32'

It turns out that I had overlooked this solution, and I apologize for
this. Unstable does have a 2.4.26 kernel [1] which does _not_ depend on
a newer libc. So this kernel can indeed be installed before switching
to `unstable' and installing a newer libc.
So this bug can probably be closed now. However, documenting this issue
would be worthwhile. Maybe the kernel image package descriptions could
be updated to mention this?
