Bug#290409: kernel-image-2.6.8-1-k7: No working driver for on-board Promise PDC20265 Ultra100 IDE controller

I have tried loading both the pdc202xx_new and pdc202xx_old modules and neither
driver detects the secondard IDE controller in my system.  The controller is a
Promise PDC20265 Ultra 100, and it is on-board.  The first and second IDE buses
on this motherboard are disabled, with the root partition on a SCSI device.
