Package: kernel-image
Version: 2.6.8-1-k7
Severity: critical

Installed new kernel image (depending on kernel-image-2.6-k7) and after
restart I get:

hdc: IRQ probe failed (0xfffffdf8)
hdc: IRQ probe failed (0xfffffdf8)
hdc: TEAC CD-W552E, ATAPI CD/DVD ROM-drive
hdc: IRQ probe failed (0xfffffdf8)
Using anticipatory io scheduler
ide1 at 0x170-0x177,0x376 on irq 15
pivot_root: No such file or directory
/sbin/init: 426: cannot open dev/console: No such file
Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!

Rebooting back with kernel-image-2.6.7-1-k7 is O.K.
I am using Debian GNU/Linux 3.1

HW configuration
I have CD-drive primary master IDE (hdc) and 4 SATA disks (hde,g,i,k)
