Notice that the official name seems to be linux-headers-$KVERS-$KABI-all,
which is provided by the above package.

I still think we need to clarify the three linux-header packages, since the
current name are over confusing. I propose :

  linux-headers-<version>-<abi>-common
  linux-headers-<version>-<abi>-<flavour>
  linux-headers-<version>-<abi>-all
