Hmm, I'm reluctant to add /etc/lvm/lvm.conf to the boot image.
It's possible to put stuff in that config file that makes no sense
on a boot image.
That said, I don't see a more robust approach. I'll test it on a box
with lvm and no dm-crypt for 0.0.12.
