Bug#333367: initrd-tools: e2fsprogs script fails dur to ldd
Package: initrd-tools
Version: 0.1.82
Severity: important
the mkinitrd script "e2fsprogs" fails on dumping ldd results.
See one example, used in the kernel-image-2.6.8-2-686 :
linux-gate.so.1 => (0xffffe000)
libext2fs.so.2 => /lib/libext2fs.so.2 (0xb7fc3000)
libcom_err.so.2 => /lib/libcom_err.so.2 (0xb7fc0000)
libblkid.so.1 => /lib/libblkid.so.1 (0xb7fb9000)
libuuid.so.1 => /lib/libuuid.so.1 (0xb7fb6000)
libe2p.so.2 => /lib/libe2p.so.2 (0xb7fb1000)
libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0xb7e78000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0xb7feb000)
The script pipes the result to a awk, and fails as the last line hjas
only 2 columns.
Sounds better testing on '=>'.
