Problems with detecting 4GB RAM



Hi.

I'm using a Tyan Thunder K8WE board with two DualCore Opterons (AMD Modell 275). Each CPU have two 1GB RAM modules (thus a total of 4GB).

When I enter the BIOS the summary screen show 4096 MB but Linux seems to detect only 2815 MB (see attached dmesg.txt).

High Memory Support is enabled in my BIOS (CONFIG_HIGHMEM4G).
