Bug#308639: kernel-build vs. kernel-headers splitted broken, headers unuseable

Can anyone confirm whether this bug still applies to
the kernel-headers-2.6.11-powerpc in testing, or to the
linux-headers-2.6.12-1-powerpc in unstable?
