If i remember the thread right, removing cpufreq, pbutton and pmud stuff makes
the problem go away, right ?

Was it present in 2.6.11 too ?

Can you, and everyone else encountering the problem provide a /proc/cpuinfo
output ?

Yep, same problem i faced pre-2.6.12 on my powerbook (15" 1Ghz tibook
variant).

may it be related to the nvidia chip for which we have little info ? Just
don't buy powerpc hardware with nvidia chips :)
