With 2.6.13-rc6, my whole PCI system seems to be broken.
(No sound, no usb, lspci finds no devices at all.)

With ACPI=off, the PCI devices (including the 8139too) work OK.

I have just found out that the 2.6.11 kernel works ok With ACPI=off,
too. (I have not rested 2.6.9, 2.6.10, 2.6.12.)
