Since svn has version -1, it's hard to tell. However AFAIK nothing
actually uses this unless it's installed by hand.

Some of the config changes in -16 look like they could break d-i. Only
one of those modules needs to be in a udeb and we'll have to start
changing linux-kernel-di. I didn't check them all but fdomain and
fdomain_cs are both in udebs. Does not seem appropriate for a security
update.

(Not sure where versions 13-15 went.)
