well there is a longstanding bug for the texas instruments pcmcia bridge
irq routing in current kernel sources since 2.6.6rc1, if you want more 
details about you can look at #270376 (yes scroll way down).

short resume, current upstream fix is not yet perfect but
seems to work for normal operations beside cardctl eject operations.
could you tested the kernel-image at:
http://charm.itp.tuwien.ac.at/~mattems/
(it's a 386 image, i'll post shortly a patched 686 there too).

would be cool to know if that helps for you too,
the other bug reporter has an PCI1220 bridge while yours is a PCI1225.
please post after boot of aboves 2.6.11 kernel:
* dmesg
* hexdump /proc/bus/pci/00/03.0
* hexdump /proc/bus/pci/00/03.1
